be in the currency's lowest denomination.
1,000 Naira would be 100000 while 1 BTC would be 100 million satoshis
The currency is automatically retrieved from the payout account

If recipient id is not prpvided, you must provide the bank
information of this payout

crypto
object

If recipient id is not prpvided, you must provide the crypto address
that this payout is meant to go out to

If you ignore the Recipient ID, you must provide the currency of the
payout

The reference of the payout account, PAY_ACCT_XYZ
